How It Works
BPC-157 is a 15-amino acid fragment of a protein naturally found in human gastric juice. It promotes angiogenesis (new blood vessel formation) by upregulating VEGF, activates growth factor receptors (EGF, FGF, HGF), and modulates nitric oxide pathways. The result is accelerated healing across virtually every tissue type studied — muscle, tendon, ligament, gut, nerve, and bone.
Key Research Areas
Tissue Healing
Heals muscle, tendon, ligament, gut, and nerve tissue
Angiogenesis
Promotes new blood vessel growth to damaged areas
Gut Protection
Protects and repairs the GI tract lining
Nitric Oxide
Modulates NO pathways for vascular support
