This Privacy Policy describes how Solira Natural, a brand of Natural, a registered trade name of Natural Food Distributors LLC, collects, uses and protects your personal information.

Natural Food Distributors LLC is the legal entity responsible for that information. Everywhere below we say Solira Natural, which means the same company.

It is easier to start here, because most of it is unusual enough to be worth saying out loud.

• No analytics. No Google Analytics, no Meta pixel, no session recording, no heatmaps. We do not know which pages you looked at.
• No cookies. This site sets none at all, which is why you have never seen a cookie banner on it.
• No advertising networks and no remarketing. We do not build audiences and we have nothing to upload to one.
• We never sell or rent your information. There is no circumstance in which we would.

The only third party your browser contacts is Stripe, and only on the checkout page, so that your card details go straight to them.

The phone number is for the courier. The email is where your receipt and tracking go. We do not add you to a mailing list off the back of an order.

Card details are entered into fields hosted by Stripe and are transmitted directly to them. They never pass through our servers and we never store them. We could not show you your own card number if you asked.

There is one thing here worth knowing, because it is a deliberate choice rather than an accident of how the software works. We do not tell Stripe what you bought. The payment carries the amount, an order number, and your name, email, phone and shipping address — that is the entire payload. Your list of products stays with us. It costs us something to work this way, and we think it is the right trade.

Each of these is a processor acting on our instructions. None of them is permitted to use your information for their own purposes, and there is no fifth party.

Your bag is kept in your browser’s local storage so it survives a refresh, and the details you type at checkout are kept in session storage so a fumbled payment does not cost you your address twice. Both live on your device, neither is a cookie, and neither is sent anywhere. Card details are never stored on your device by us. Clearing your browser data removes both.

Orders are kept for as long as we are required to keep sales records for tax purposes, which in practice is several years. We are not able to delete a completed order’s financial record on request — that is a legal obligation rather than a preference — but we can remove your contact details from anything not bound by it.

Email hello@soliralife.com and ask for a copy of what we hold on you, a correction, or a deletion. A person reads it. We do not require you to create an account to exercise any of this, and there is no account to create — this site has no login.

Depending on where you live you may have specific statutory rights, including under the California Consumer Privacy Act. We apply the same practice to everyone regardless of state: we do not sell your information, so there is nothing to opt out of.

This site is not intended for anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from minors. Sports nutrition products should be given to a child only on the advice of their doctor.
