Solira Natural is a brand of Natural, a registered trade name of Natural Food Distributors LLC. These Terms govern purchases and use of the Solira Natural website operated by Natural Food Distributors LLC.

Everywhere below, Solira Natural — or “we”, “us” and “our” — means that company. Your card statement may show either name.

Consumer sports nutrition products: protein powders, creatine, amino acids, electrolytes, pre-workout formulas and recovery products, in powder, capsule and softgel form. Everything is manufactured in the United States and tested by lot by an independent laboratory.

These are food products, not medicines. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and none of these statements has been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. If you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication or managing a medical condition, talk to your doctor before taking any supplement.

• An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we send the confirmation email, and until then we may decline it.
• We may cancel and refund an order if a product is out of stock, a price was listed in error, or the order appears fraudulent.
• Prices are in US dollars and may change, but never after you have paid.

Every figure is shown in full at checkout before you pay. We do not add handling fees, and there is no charge that appears only on the statement.

Build a Box is a fixed-term subscription. Because subscription offers are where customers most often get caught out, here is the whole of it, plainly:

The contents are locked for the term. Choose the four products at signup and that is what arrives each month. To change them, cancel and start a new box.

The subscription does not renew. After the 4th box it stops on its own. We will not quietly keep charging you, and you do not have to remember to cancel.

By subscribing you authorise us to charge your card monthly for the term, or until you cancel. We email you before each charge. If a payment fails we retry and tell you; if it keeps failing we cancel the subscription rather than let it hang.

Set out in full on the returns page and the cancellation page, both of which form part of these terms. In short: unopened product back within 30 days, and anything we got wrong is fixed at our cost.

The text, photography, product formulations and design here belong to Natural Food Distributors LLC. You are welcome to read, quote and link to it. You may not scrape it, resell our products as your own, or copy the site.

We try to keep every product page accurate, but we do not warrant that descriptions, supplement facts or availability are free of error. Where a page and the physical label disagree, the label on the product governs.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud — and nothing here is intended to remove a right you hold under consumer law, which varies by state and takes precedence over anything written here.

Otherwise, our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Before anything formal, email us — nearly every dispute we have seen was a misunderstanding that a person could resolve in one reply.

We may update these terms. The version in force for your order is the one published when you placed it, and we do not apply changes retroactively.
