Cancelling an order

Email hello@soliralife.com with your order number and the word cancel. If it has not gone out, we stop it and refund the whole amount, tax and shipping included, to the card that paid.

The window is genuinely short. Orders placed before 2pm ET on a business day are picked and labelled the same day, so in practice you have hours rather than days. We are not being difficult — once a parcel is with the carrier we cannot recall it.

If it has already shipped, do not refuse the delivery. Take it in and start a return instead; a refused parcel takes weeks to find its way back and is much harder to trace.

A box is a 4-month commitment when you sign up, and we say so plainly before you pay. But a commitment is not a trap: you can cancel at any time by emailing us, and we will stop every remaining box.

To be explicit, because this is where subscription offers usually get slippery: if you cancel after two boxes, you keep the discount on both, you are not invoiced for the difference, and there is no penalty of any kind. The 4-month term describes the shape of the offer, not a debt you owe.

• Cancel before your renewal date and that box is never charged and never packed.
• Cancel after the charge but before it ships and we refund that charge in full.
• Cancel after it ships and the subscription stops, but that box follows the normal return rules — unopened product back within the return window.
• The subscription ends by itself after the 4th box. There is no automatic renewal and you do not need to do anything to stop it.

Occasionally we cancel from our side: a product turns out to be out of stock, a price was listed wrong, or an order looks fraudulent. We tell you why and refund in full the same day. We do not part-ship an order and bill you for the rest without asking first.
