Product detail
What it is
BCAAs were sold for a decade on three of the nine amino acids your body cannot make, which is a bit like selling three wheels. This is the full set, weighted toward leucine because that is the one that does the signalling, at a dose that matches the literature rather than the label design. It is most useful when protein intake is low or training is fasted; if you already eat well and take protein, this is optional and we would rather say so. Citrus is light and slightly bitter, from peel oil.

- No sucralose, no artificial color
How to use
One scoop in 12–16 oz of water during training, or between meals on a low-protein day.
