Product detail
What it is
The same mineral profile as the unflavored, with just enough lemon and grapefruit oil to make a litre of salt water pleasant to finish. That is the entire brief we gave the flavor house: make it drinkable, do not make it a soft drink. It is tart, faintly bitter at the end from the peel oil, and noticeably saline — because a serving contains a gram of sodium and pretending otherwise would take a lot of sugar.
The short version
- 1,000 mg sodium, 250 mg potassium, 80 mg magnesium per stick
- Flavored with real lemon and grapefruit peel oil
- Zero sugar, sweetened with a small amount of monk fruit
- Tastes like a squeeze of citrus in salted water, which is what it is
- 30 sticks per box
How to use
One stick in 16–24 oz of water. Before training, during, or through a hot afternoon.
