Product detail
What it is
Casein is whey's slow counterpart: it forms a gel in the stomach and releases amino acids over hours instead of minutes, which makes it the right protein for the longest stretch of the day without food. We kept it plain — cocoa, salt, monk fruit — and left out the melatonin and herbs that turn a protein into a sleep product it has no business being. Mix it thin and drink it, or mix it thick and eat it with a spoon. Both are correct.
The short version
- 24 g protein per 33 g serving, from micellar casein
- Digests over roughly six to eight hours
- Naturally high in glutamine and calcium
- Thick by nature — no gums added to make it thicker
- No melatonin, no sedatives, no sleep claims
How to use
One scoop in 10 oz of milk or water, 30–60 minutes before bed. Thicker with less liquid if you would rather eat it.
Ingredients
Micellar casein, Dutch-process cocoa powder, sunflower lecithin, sea salt, monk fruit extract.
