Product detail
What it is
This is the small, unexciting stack we would take after a genuinely hard session: glutamine for the load, salt and potassium for what came out in sweat, and tart cherry, which has a reasonable body of evidence behind soreness and very little behind anything else it gets sold for. There is no protein in it, because you should get that from food or from the isolate, and no carbohydrate, because the right amount depends entirely on your day. Add it to what you are already doing.
The short version
- 5 g L-glutamine, 500 mg sodium, 250 mg potassium per serving
- 480 mg tart cherry concentrate, standardised for anthocyanins
- No protein, no carbohydrate — it is meant to go next to a meal, not replace one
- Unflavored version dissolves clear
- 20 servings per pouch
How to use
One scoop in 12–16 oz of water within an hour of finishing. Hard sessions only.
