What it is
Berry is the one that wins in blind tests and the one we were most suspicious of, because sweet-tasting electrolytes are how this category ends up selling flavored sugar. There is none here. Blackcurrant and raspberry concentrate carry a rounder, less acidic flavor than the citrus, which makes the sodium easier to take twice in a day. If you struggle to drink enough during long sessions, this is the one to start with.
The short version
- 1,000 mg sodium, 250 mg potassium, 80 mg magnesium per stick
- Blackcurrant and raspberry, from fruit concentrate
- Zero sugar, no artificial color — the pale pink is the fruit
- The softest of the three, and the easiest to drink twice
- 30 sticks per box
How to use
One stick in 16–24 oz of water. Two on long or hot sessions.
Ingredients
Sodium chloride, sodium citrate, potassium citrate, magnesium malate, citric acid, blackcurrant and raspberry juice concentrate, natural flavor, monk fruit extract.
